We want you to be happy with your order, but because most of our products are made on demand, our returns and refund options are different from traditional retail.
This Refund & Returns Policy explains when and how refunds, replacements and returns are handled.

1. Made-to-Order / Print-on-Demand
Most of our products are produced on demand once you place an order.
We don’t keep stock and each item is printed or embroidered specifically for you.
For this reason, we cannot generally accept returns or exchanges for:
• Wrong size ordered
• Change of mind
• Preference for a different colour, design or fit
This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer law (see section 8).

2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives:
• damaged,
• defective,
• with a printing error,
• or you receive the wrong item (size, colour, or design),
we will replace or refund the item, subject to the conditions below.
What you need to do
1. Contact us at hello@munoli.com within 14 days of receiving the order.
2. Include:
• Your order number
• A short description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the problem (item, defect, and full product if possible)
3. Do not return any items before contacting us and receiving instructions.
If the issue is confirmed, we will:
• arrange a replacement at no extra cost, or
• provide a refund to your original payment method, where appropriate.

3. Wrong Size or Fit
Because our products are made on demand, please check the size guide on the product page carefully before ordering.
We generally cannot offer returns, exchanges or refunds if:
• you chose the wrong size,
• the fit is not as you personally expected,
• or you changed your mind about the product.
If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before ordering and we will try to help.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders are sent into production shortly after they are placed.
• If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us at hello@munoli.com as soon as possible.
• If production has not yet started, we may be able to update or cancel your order.
• If production has already started, we usually cannot cancel or modify the order.
We cannot guarantee that change or cancellation requests can be applied in time, but we will always do our best.

5. Returning Items
In most cases, you do not need to send items back for defective/damaged issues – we handle that with photos and our fulfilment partner.
If we specifically ask you to return an item:
• We will provide instructions and a return address.
• Items must be:
• unused (except for trying on),
• unwashed,
• and, where possible, in the original packaging.
Unauthorised returns (items sent back without contacting us first) may not be accepted or refunded.

6. Non-Returnable Items
Unless required by law, we do not accept returns for:
• Products made on demand where there is no defect
• Items with signs of wear, damage, washing or alteration
• Items returned after the stated timeframe
• Gift cards or digital products (if offered in future)

7. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
• It will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
• Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
We cannot refund to a different card or payment method than the one used to place the order.

8. Your Legal Rights (EU/UK Consumers)
If you are located in the EU/EEA or UK, you may have statutory consumer rights, including:
• certain rights related to defective or misdescribed goods, and
• in some cases, a statutory cooling-off or withdrawal period.
These rights apply in addition to, and are not limited by, this Refund & Returns Policy.
Where local consumer protection laws provide you with stronger rights than stated here, those laws will take precedence.

9. Shipping Costs
• If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect due to our or our fulfilment partner’s error, we will cover or refund reasonable shipping costs where a return is required.
• If you return an item without a valid reason under this Policy or applicable law, or without following our instructions, shipping costs may not be refunded.
