1. Orders & Products

Q: Who is behind Munoli?

A: Munoli is a small independent brand creating clean, minimal apparel and accessories inspired by everyday comfort and Irish roots. All products are made to order through trusted EU and worldwide fulfilment partners.

Q: How are your products made?

A: Every item is printed or embroidered on demand once you place an order. This helps us avoid overproduction and waste, and means each piece is made especially for you.

Q: Are the colours exactly like on the photos?

A: We try to show colours as accurately as possible, but slight differences can occur due to screen settings and the printing process.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship?

A: We currently ship to the UK, EU and selected other countries. At checkout you’ll see if shipping is available to your address.

Q: How long will my order take?

A:

  • Production: usually 3–7 business days
  • Shipping: usually 3–10 business days, depending on your location and chosen shipping method

These are estimates, not guarantees. Busy seasons and carrier delays can extend delivery times.

Q: How much is shipping?

A: Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location, products and quantity.

Q: Will I need to pay customs or import fees?

A: Depending on your country, local customs or VAT charges may apply. These fees are set by your local authorities and are your responsibility.

3. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Q: Can I return or exchange my order?

A: Because our products are made on demand, we don’t keep stock and generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size, colour or change of mind.

If you have an issue, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

A: If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the problem and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?

A: Orders start production shortly after you place them.

If you need to change or cancel, contact us as soon as possible. If production has already started, we may not be able to modify the order.

Note: Depending on your location, you may have statutory consumer rights (such as a cooling-off period) that apply in addition to our policy. These rights are not affected by this FAQ.

4. Sizing & Care

Q: How do I choose the right size?

A: Each product page includes a size guide with measurements. We strongly recommend measuring a hoodie or T-shirt you already own and comparing it with the size chart before ordering.

Q: Are the hoodies oversized?

A: Our “Oversized Hoodies” are designed with a relaxed, roomier fit. If you prefer a more fitted look, consider sizing down.

Q: How should I wash my Munoli items?

A: To keep prints looking fresh:

  • Machine wash cold, inside out
  • Use mild detergent
  • Do not bleach
  • Tumble dry low or hang dry
  • Do not iron directly on the print

5. Payments & Security

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept major debit and credit cards and other methods shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely by our payment providers.

Q: Is it safe to shop on munoli.com?

A: Yes. Our store uses HTTPS encryption and trusted payment processors, so your payment details are handled securely and are never stored on our servers.

Q: Do you offer gift cards or custom designs?

A: Not yet, but we’re working on expanding the collection. For special requests or collaborations, feel free to contact us.
