This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered when you shop at Munoli (“we”, “us”, or “our”) on munoli.com (the “Website”).
By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Production & Processing Time
Most of our products are made to order using print-on-demand fulfilment partners.
- Production time: usually 3–7 business days
- During busy periods (holidays, sales, etc.), production times may be longer.
Production time is separate from shipping time.
We start processing your order shortly after it’s placed. Once the order has entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible (see our Refund & Returns Policy).
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
- Ireland & the United Kingdom
- European Union countries
- Selected other countries (availability is shown at checkout)
If shipping is not available to your location, you will not be able to complete the order at checkout.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery time = Production time + Shipping time.
Typical estimates:
- Ireland & UK:
- Production: 3–7 business days
- Shipping: 3–7 business days
- European Union:
- Production: 3–7 business days
- Shipping: 4–10 business days
- Other countries:
- Production: 3–7 business days
- Shipping: 7–20 business days (depending on location)
These are estimates provided by our fulfilment and shipping partners.
They are not guaranteed and can be affected by factors such as:
- Peak seasons and holidays
- Customs processing
- Local courier delays
- Weather and other events outside our control
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Your shipping address
- The products ordered
- Total weight/volume of the parcel
- Selected shipping method (if multiple options are available)
You will see the shipping cost before confirming and paying for your order.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will usually receive:
- a shipping confirmation email, and
- a tracking number or tracking link (where available, depending on the shipping method and destination).
Tracking information may take some time to update after dispatch.
If you have not received tracking information within a reasonable time after your order enters “fulfilled/shipped” status, please contact us.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Depending on your shipping address, your order may be subject to:
- import duties,
- customs fees, or
- local taxes (including VAT),
charged by your local customs office or tax authority.
- These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices (unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout).
- You are responsible for paying any such additional fees required for your parcel to be released and delivered.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please make sure that your shipping address is entered correctly and completely at checkout.
- If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete and the parcel cannot be delivered, it may:
- be returned to sender, or
- be disposed of by the carrier, depending on local practice.
In such cases:
- We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
- If the parcel is returned to our fulfilment partner, we may offer reshipment, but additional shipping fees may apply.
If you realise there is an error in your address, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not entered production or shipping, we may be able to update the address, but this is not guaranteed.
8. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If you believe your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit:
- Check the tracking information provided.
- Contact the shipping carrier if possible to get more details.
- If you cannot resolve the issue, contact us at hello@munoli.com with your order number and tracking information.
We will review the case together with our fulfilment and shipping partners.
If the shipment is confirmed as lost or undeliverable due to carrier error, we may arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Please note that:
- Delays due to customs, incorrect addresses, or events outside our control (e.g. strikes, weather, peak season overloads) are not considered our fault.
9. Failed Delivery / Returned to Sender
A shipment may be returned to our fulfilment partner if:
- the courier cannot deliver to the provided address,
- the parcel is unclaimed or not picked up from a collection point,
- customs fees are unpaid (where applicable),
- or the customer refuses the parcel.
In such cases:
- We may offer to reship the order, but additional shipping charges may apply.
- Refunds may not be possible for made-to-order items, unless required by law or agreed as an exception.
10. Separate Shipments
To speed up delivery, items in the same order may be produced and shipped from different fulfilment locations.
This means you might receive your order in multiple parcels with separate tracking numbers.
You will not be charged extra shipping for these split shipments beyond what you see at checkout.
